Die Latzschürze hat ein gepolstertes Nackenband, das mit einer Schnalle längenverstellbar ist. An der seitlich aufgesetzten Lederschlaufe kann zum Beispiel ein Serviertuch befestigt werden. Pelieri ist eine Bistroschürze in kurzer, moderner Form mit abgerundeten Ecken.Beide Lederschürzen sind in der Taille mit Lederriemen verstellbar.
