The PET Material is used for the recycling process through collection and sorting. SCHRITT 2 / STEP 2 Im nächsten Schritt wird das PET-Material gründlich gereinigt. In the next step, the PET material is thoroughly cleaned. SCHRITT 3 / STEP 3 Im Anschluss wird es zu winzigen Stücken (Flakes) zerkleinert und gewaschen. After that it is crushed into tiny flakes and washed again. SCHRITT 4 / STEP 4 Die Flakes werden zu Granulat verarbeitet und anschließend erhitzt. These flakes are turned into granules and are then heated. SCHRITT 5 / STEP 5 Es werden PET Fäden gezogen, welche gesponnen, texturiert und gewebt werden. The heated mass is spun into threads which can be woven into textiles. SCHRITT 6 / STEP 6 Im letzten Schritt wird der rPET Stoff zu einem Schirmstoff verarbeitet.
